We’ve taken the girls to New York City before for a day trip to Central Park’s Zoo, but this was a weekend trip and my girls were beyond excited to see their first Broadway show. We left on Friday night and stayed at a hotel in New Jersey and took a bus into the city on Saturday morning.

One of our most favorite camping trips is to Avalon Campground in New Jersey. The campground also has an 18 hole miniature golf course, 2 beautiful pools, and shuffleboard court, Scooters or bikes are a must for kids to motor around the campground. It is also very close to the Cape May Zoo where the admittance is FREE.
