While in Los Angeles last summer, we decided to spend half a day exploring the city before moving from our hotel at Universal Hollywood to our one in Anaheim. We spent half the day at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, which is amazing if you love movies. The Regeneration exhibit had a few, like these amazing costumes above.

Gingerbread Castle at the Benson Hotel So, let's get on to 2024 then: On the first, we'll be meeting Krampus. He'll be at a home museum of an artist I really enjoy, where we'll be taking a tour. The month isn't over yet. A little late, but that's okay.

You may not leave home (or travel far), but you’ll want to have some money set aside for tickets, eating out, gas, and possibly a night or two at a hotel. Act like a tourist and take advantage of local museums, the zoo, parks, and other activities. Take plenty of photos and/or videos of your adventures !

Eisenhower library, museum and his boyhood home for a total of about $10 per adult. While you are there, checkout the other museums in the 5 star museum district. Go to Little Rock, AR to see Clinton’s library and museum. For about $7 per adult and $3 per child you can see 3 floors of museum exhibits.

Our first stop was the Senator John Heinz History Center , which conveniently was right across the street from our hotel. Western PA Sports Museum. My favorite part of the 1968 exhibit was having a photo op with Mr. Rogers, who debuted in 1968. While I thoroughly enjoyed the museum, my kids were a bit over it by the end.
