Lean sources of protein provide protein that the body needs to build and repair tissues. The problem with many juices and sodas is that they are very high in high fructose corn syrup and calories. The easiest thing in the world to do is lay on the couch, watch television and eat. Drink plenty of water. Get some exercise.
