We do put up decorations (ones I buy at garage sales or thrift stores and reuse each year). Tip # 2 Recycle/reuse costumes. Like me, buy them used and then reuse them each year. Put your unwanted Halloween decorations out for reuse by donating them. Put on some spooky music with some haunting voices barely audible.

Think outside the gift giving box this season; look at old unused items that may have parts that can be reused for other interesting and unique gifts.
