Yes, we followed the recommendations outlined in Dave Ramsey’s resources, Total Money Make Over/ Financial Peace University. We still look for bargains and shop at thrift stores. Once we max them out, we hope to put excess cash into real estate and potentially additional brokerage accounts. The rest is history!
