Growing up in the 1950?s

Most cars did not have radios, non had any other kind of electronics. People listened to the radio, watched TV, went to the local (one screen) movie house or entertained themselves. My radio was AM only. Dad used a ham radio to talk to other ham operators. Cars did not have safety belts. Cars did not park themselves.
