You could flip a house, or buy a multi-family complex and rent out the units. Other investments might include buying a business, purchasing a web site and monetizing it, or lending money to someone else for the interest earnings. Do you have enough money to buy an investment property?

She rents a space in a salon, managing her own client base, collecting her own fees, obtaining her own supplies, providing her own training and etc. Another job not listed under the high paying jobs above, is web development (design, web site building, etc). Personally, I think my hair dresser has a good thing going.
