If you are in Miami, you must add the Versace Mansion to your bucket list. We were just recently in town, and we enjoyed the most amazing dinner there. Versace Mansion Miami The former Versace Mansion is now a luxury hotel and restaurant. If you have time to go for lunch it is the best kept secret in Miami. For only $38 per person, you can enjoy a three-course lunch at Gianni’s the restaurant located inside the former Versace Mansion.

Kentucky Bourbon Trail: Did you know that 95% of the world’s Bourbon is produced in Kentucky. Or as we like to say, only good bourbon is produced in Kentucky. The bourbon trail is widespread through the state and can’t be completed in a day or two.

We kicked off our Kentucky Bourbon Trail trip with the Bardstown Bourbon Company Distillery Tour. Located in the heart of the Bourbon Capital of the World, this is tour not to miss. Bardstown Bourbon Company Distillery Tour: We chose the Rick House Barrel Thieving Tour , and it was awesome! We visited a rick house and thieved three bourbons directly from the barrel.

A reader of ours was telling me about this amazing pasta dish she made. She then sent me this BW3 Parmesan Garlic Chicken Pasta. She didn’t want to be named but I appreciate the new recipe! We love it! Very rarely do the guys in my house finish leftovers but there was nothing left of this when I cleaned out my frig on Sunday! This BW3 Garlic Parm Chicken Pasta recipe is made with a 12-ounce bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Wing Sauce, and it is wonderful!

We enjoyed the Wilderness Trail Distillery Tour. Located in Danville, KY this distillery is in our back yard. It is super casual and an easy to tour to enjoy. Wilderness Trail Distillery Tour: The distillery is open for tours six times a day, Tuesday – Saturday at 9, 10 and 11 a.m. and 1, 2 and 3 p.m. Tickets are available for purchase and the cost is only $15.

Every week I try to find new things to do with her and we found this amazing program through Kenton County library (Northern Kentucky) called Memory Cafe. The Memory Cafe is for people suffering from memory loss, dementia, Alzheimer’s or brain injury.

We took the Four Roses Distillery Tou r and I have to say it is one of my personal favorites. It is rich in history and an absolutely gorgeous distillery located in Lawrenceburg, KY. My sister and brother-n-law are huge wing fans! They made these delicious wings and I thought this was one to share. These Air fryer Slap Ya Mama Wings would be amazing over the holidays! I am seeing these on my menu for New Years Eve and of course game day! This is a really easy recipe and perfect for any small get-together. She picked up raw “wingetts” and smothered them in chipotle Olive Oil, coated them with seasonings, and then put them in the air fryer!

We visited the Log Still Distillery Tour located in Gethsemane which is southern Nelson County, Kentucky. This is a newer distillery with a rich past in distilling. Log Still Distillery Tour: This is a modern distillery with a rich history of the Dant family. In addition to the growing distillery there is a 2300-seat Amphitheater which they call “the Amp” a train experience, event venue, multiple places you can spend the night and coming soon a restaurant.

We really enjoyed the Willett Distillery Tour. This family-owned distillery in the heart of Bourbon Country was one of my favorites. Willett Distillery Tour: Tours focus on the family history and the whiskey making process. Samples of Willett whiskies will be tasted throughout the tour. Once we arrived, they handed us each a keepsake glass and this what we tasted from.

Lux Row Distillery Tour: The Lux Row Distillers Production Tour is a chance to see the bourbon making process from start to finish. You will explore fermentation, distillation, barrel filling, and their famous (and highly photographed) barrel warehouse.
