When I went out to start cleaning my garden to prepare for this year, I found a beautiful parsley plant. I cleaned and chopped up the parsley to store in the freezer for soups and casseroles. So easy and yummy.

I had enough tomatoes to make a batch of my Roasted Red Plum Tomato Sauce for the freezer. My butternut plant yielded nine beautiful squashes. I roasted them and put them in the freezer for future use. Way more than last year. I use them in pasta sauce, soups, and in place of pumpkin in a lot of recipes.
