I bake a big batch and then store them in the freezer. If they are in the freezer, I won't eat the whole batch in 24 hours. Instead, I enjoy at my leisure for breakfast or a snack with my coffee. 2 tsp baking soda. ½ Mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. I love muffins.
