Sunday: Chicken Burrito Bowls with leftover Costco rotisserie chicken. We ate it twice and we still have leftovers, so I’m going to put that in the freezer. Thursday: leftovers from Monday and Wednesday nights. Monday: Cajun Red Beans & Rice , garden salad, homemade sugar-free applesauce. We liked this soup.
