This past November in 2010, I was in the bakery at Wegmans looking for a good loaf of bread for a special dinner for my husband's birthday. I have been keeping a batch of the dough in my refrigerator ever since November. I don't have a pizza peel, which is recommended, but the cookie sheet has been working well for me.
