This past November in 2010, I was in the bakery at Wegmans looking for a good loaf of bread for a special dinner for my husband's birthday. I have been keeping a batch of the dough in my refrigerator ever since November. Fortunately, I have had a stone from Pampered Chef for about 15 years and it is still going strong.
