Sunday: Chicken Burrito Bowls with leftover Costco rotisserie chicken. We ate it twice and we still have leftovers, so I’m going to put that in the freezer. Hopefully it freezes well. Thursday: leftovers from Monday and Wednesday nights. Tuesday: Easy Lasagna , garden salad. We liked this soup.

This spring, the gym closed down and sold off their equipment at a deep discount so now I am well stocked for any kettlebell weight I want to use. It doesn’t blend ice as well and the way it is designed makes it super messy if you have to add ingredients in two stages. Give me a slice of Costco pizza and I’m happy.

We hosted Easter as well, and my cousin and her family dropped in to celebrate with us, too. I am normally not a fan of bulk shopping at places like Costco. My coworker is also hosting her Christmas dinner, so we are teaming up to go shopping at Costco together.
