This Week’s Dinners: Saturday: Cheese burgers, fries, steamed broccoli, and homemade applesauce. I don’t have a recipe for nachos on the blog, but they’re so easy to make. Monday: Homemade Turkey Noodle soup and garden salad. Thursday: Leftover night from Monday and Wednesday nights dinners.

My husband is not a big fan, so I plan this easy dinner at least once a week or every other week. Homemade Applesauce. Homemade Applesauce. This week’s breakfasts, lunches, and snacks: Breakfasts included hard-boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. Tuesday: Taco Tuesday!! Turkey & Black Bean Tacos.

So, in celebration of his birthday, I'm making my first homemade cake for him (with whole wheat flour - yikes!), Date Night - Frozen Kashi Pizza for Kids Homemade Macaroni & Cheese w/Grilled Chicken Breasts & Steamed Broccoli My Son's 5th Birthday! This is a special week in our family. My youngest child is turning 5 years old!
