We had leftover chicken and gravy, so I made some rice on another night to soak up the gravy. 4 carrots, sliced ⅓ cup of olive oil 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon paprika 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder ½ teaspoon salt Instructions Preheat oven to 425 degrees. The recipe is really versatile too.

Use the oven wisely. Plan your cooking to use the oven all at one time (instead of days ahead). Heat items up together in the oven after the turkey is done and have everything done at the same time, in less time. If you have a toaster oven, you can try heating up side dishes there as well.
