My sister-in-law and her husband had one that they used and rented out and indicated that it was doing well. I also wanted a bit more diversification in our portfolio and figured an additional piece of real estate could help that. Unfortunately, I was over optimistic about how many days per year the condo would rent.

shopping for savings by comparing prices, using coupons, coupon codes and other discounts and making sure they are buying the teacher specified items. I get great, nearly new stuff for my little grand-kids at next to nothing prices. Use your card for the other purchases you make as well. Rent Don’t Buy. What a deal.

For example, buying food and paying rent do not make you any money. However paying for an education, lets say in real estate internet marketing , is an investment because you get a financial return on what you pay. I know it takes a little discipline to do this, but it is well worth it in terms of monthly savings.
