We used gift cards on 3 nights, ate leftovers on 1 night, and grilled burgers on the last night. We talked about our 2018 financial goals back in late December, but we didn’t look past the current year. We want to help pay for our daughters’ college. One of the gift cards was given to us TWO years ago for Christmas.

The good news is that we’ve been able to cash flow these expenses, but the bad news is there wasn’t much additional leftover to apply towards our loan. The student loan should be paid off by the end of 2018. Projected pay off date December 2018. Start college funds for both girls. So what does this mean?
