At the time we were renting an office space in a strip mall, but when we discovered a foreclosure in our town that seemed like a great idea on paper, we jumped at the chance. We will apply half of our debt snowball amount to the home equity loan and it should be paid off by October 2017. Projected pay off date December 2018.
