We didn’t carry over credit card balances, we paid off our car notes early, and the interest rate on the student loan was at a low 2.75%. Our personal finances are so interwoven with our small business finances that we view them as one. Number 4 was knocked out in 2019. Update: DONE Sept 2019!!

The housing market remains competitive, with high borrowing costs, expensive housing prices and low inventory. The state also topped our ranking for its high-quality healthcare services and low healthcare costs. A Census Bureau report last year found that from 2015 to 2019, only about 6.2 31 for cost of living.
