Through April of 2021, I have found over $6500 for the year! My total found money in April: $715.62. Credit Card Cash Back Redemptions in April: $439.62. Years ago during our Debt Freedom Plan, I avoided using credit cards, not because we had credit card debt, but I was trying to limit our overall spending.

My goal has always been to live well on less while achieving our big financial goals. This update includes how we frugal-ed in April, May, and June. Since April, he made over $800 by selling 3 old bikes, unused furniture, a college fridge, a camping grill, a TV, and other misc stuff. Ask and ye shall receive!

I’m always looking for ways to save my family money to not only help us get through current higher food and gas prices but also to help us achieve our big financial goals. Coincidently, our credit union was offering a free shred day AND free breakfast for participating. But in the end, $155 is still a gift. FREE Shredding!

My monthly goal is $100. In April, we received a small tax refund and I put $100 of our refund into our Christmas Savings account. If you came up short prior to September, find your monthly savings goal for October and any shortfall from February – September. I’m challenging myself to find the cash outside of our budget.

My monthly goal is $100. In April, we received a small tax refund and I put $100 of our refund into our Christmas Savings account. Our goal is to have a cash Christmas and usually the holiday season can get a little pricey. You don’t have to divulge your goal, but please let us know HOW you found or saved the money.

When I was in Asia in April I was reminded that many people in this world aren’t given the option to choose. If we put our mind and actions to reaching a goal then we will complete it.
