April Update: I made 3 new purchases in April: I bought a pair of Teva flip flops from the clearance rack at DSW and two t-shirts at BJ’s Warehouse store. For one-time special occasions, ask friends if you can borrow instead of buying new. Can I find what I need at a second hand or thrift store?

But I also found success at a thrift store. At that time, I had not reviewed my own spring clothing and I have plenty of time to go back to Target if I can’t find something suitable (and cute) at the thrift store. For one-time special occasions, ask friends if you can borrow instead of buying new.
