note: my aunt will make her weekly meals on Saturday’s and Sunday’s and put them in the freezer. Step 6 : I stock up on the ‘high holiday” i.e. back to school, christmas, Thanksgiving,etc. You can freeze meat when it goes on sale, I do not because I forget to thaw it lol so I buy it the day I cook.
