I have family from Kentucky and whenever we would drive from Michigan to Kentucky to see family, my grandparents would stop at a restaurant and order ‘spoon bread’ in Kentucky. The last time I was there, the people from our generation had no idea what spoon bread was ! 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder. 3 cups milk.

Zoe got off of work at 8:30 so she just got a fast food chicken sandwich. Sunday I remember that Zoe ate a frozen French bread pizza. To back up: Zoe wasn’t feeling well, so I offered to bake a frozen pizza for her. So that’s when I switched to the French bread pizza for Zoe. But I burnt that thing so badly.
