Not everyone is cut out to be a landlord or landlady. Closing costs : Per Realtor.com these are typically paid by the buyer, these costs can add between 2 – 7% of the purchase price to the buyers bill – but a motivated seller might grant some $$$ towards them. Heck, I made less on the deal than Uncle Sam did!
