Wednesday: Leftovers from Tuesday night. This soup recipe is really easy and only takes about 30 minutes to make. Friday: Tonight, I’m making homemade pizza with apple slices on the side. Lunches included leftover soup, leftover chicken, black bean & corn tacos from last week, and pb & j sandwiches.

We used the ham to make sandwiches a few days this week and I chopped up enough for two more dinners, along with Sunday’s nights soup. Sunday : I took the ham bone from Saturday and some of the leftover ham and made a big batch o ham & bean soup. I stuck the leftover soup in the freezer. I let it simmer all afternoon.

Sunday: Day 2 of a weekend long swim meet, so I took advantage of a sale at Giant, buy a store made Stromboli and get a store made pizza FREE. I had leftover rotisserie chicken in the freezer and I used my homemade chicken stock. Wednesday: Leftover soup from Monday night, grilled cheese sandwiches, apple slices.
