I would like to ask, how do you freeze cinnamon bread? If you have a smaller household, you could cut the loaf in half and freeze each half separately; that way you can just get out half a loaf when you want some cinnamon bread. Also, you can slice the bread up before freezing it; that makes it very easy to grab just a slice or two.

I do a lot of our cooking from scratch which takes a lot of my time! I use a grain mill to grind grain for our sourdough bread. The grain mill was an investment but if you compare the cost of homemade sourdough bread to store bought loaves of equivalent quality, it’s a huge savings. We also have three cats!
