I love Cheese Steak sandwiches, but I’m not overly fond of the rolls normally used. For me it’s just too much bread. Besides eliminating the bread, it brings in a nice healthy alternative by using a green pepper. This is a great alternative! Or you could always color coordinate with your favorite team!
