Thursday: Thanksgiving. Everyone chips in though, but my mom and two aunts cook the bulk of the food. Saturday: I am roasting a turkey for my family, mostly for the leftovers, but also so the 4 of us can sit down as a family for a big meal. Life is so hectic for us during the school week, and dinner is sadly, on the go.
