Tuesday I got out some leftover Christmas ham from the freezer and Zoe and I ate that with some baked apples, plus some leftover rolls. Thursday I had a free pizza in my Domino’s app so that’s what I picked up for dinner. ? Friday We have leftover pizza so that will be the easy button for tonight.

And when Zoe got home from work, she had a frozen pizza. I got a bowl of ramen (with an extra soy-marinated egg, thank you very much) and Zoe got a sushi burrito. She IS allergic to shellfish, but happily, the sushi burrito has only fish products in it, not shell fish. so we worked on those. Friday My friend arrives tonight!

Zoe had a burrito, I had a chimichanga. We got some frozen pizzas. Thursday Leftover tacos. Sunday Lisey’s boyfriend’s mom made dinner for us: chicken plus rice and beans. And afterward we all got froyo together. Monday A rainy, rainy day! We went to a place at the Ala Moana mall called SeƱor Pepe’s.

Wednesday : Burrito Bowls –my daughters request. I thought I would use leftover chicken from Tuesday, but we didn’t have enough, so I bought a rotisserie chicken for the meal. Thursday : Burrito Bowls …again. Friday : Homemade Pizza , carrots & hummus and apple slices. It really is our favorite meal!
