There is an initial investment, but I have seen similiar containers at yard sales or thrift stores and at Bed Bath and Beyond where they regularly offer 20% coupons. Use plastic store bags for trash bags. From May-October, we eat outside on the patio for many meals and it would be so easy to use paper plates each time.

Kids will naturally accumulate stuff, even when they can’t buy it. Some get stuff from stores, the less financially favored head for thrift stores, garage sales, Mom’s house or the trash pickup routes. You go on a trip and buy a beautiful souvenir to remind you of the trip. You move on.

Thankfully, my pragmatic side took over and we decided to replace our tires and take the next year or so to save up enough money to buy a vehicle with cash. October 2019 Update to our Debt Freedom Plan – We PAID off 6 figures of debt!! Boy am I glad we don’t have that loan right now! March 2020 arrived.
