Firstly, I was offered a better-paid job but needed a vehicle to get there, so I took out a loan to buy one. Personally I believe that getting out of debt is as much about psychology as it is about systems and processes. If it wasn’t absolutely critical, I didn’t buy it. Initially it all seemed fine.
