I am confused by “restocking” videos

But my main question is this: where do these people store the items that don’t fit in the aesthetic areas? I should add: obviously if you buy bulk foods from a packaging-free/low-packaging store, then it makes sense to put that food into containers. (I’m guessing they don’t.) My fridge, obviously.
