What We Ate Saturday My friend Mia and I cooked together; she made some fried plantains, and I made chorizo and potato tostadas, topped with cilantro, queso fresco, and Mexican crema. flourless chocolate cake, which is perfect because Mia can’t eat gluten! But hey, at least the edible part was still perfectly ripe.
