I'm able to have my backup battery and cord for charging my phone in between reading and playing games, a magazine when I'm over screen time, headphones for listening to podcasts or the in-flight entertainment, snacks are very important, as is my water bottle, and my sunglasses for once I get to my destination.

Fall asleep to your favorite podcast or music or a Ted Talk you downloaded. Look put together and feel like you're in your pjs with a coordinated lounge set. Block out all the noise of others, and any light, with a bluetooth headphones mask. One thing's for sure, nobody will try to talk to you with this on.

This may be a bit easier for me than it is for some music lovers, because I am not a music person, but instead of listening to a Taylor Swift album, try listening to a TED Talk or podcast during your morning commute. I am always picking up words I hadn’t heard before and absorbing facts. Good Conversation.

I’ve been googling diseases and body processes and reading medical memoirs/listening to medical podcasts for fun for a while now. These aren’t cheap shoes, but since I generally put about 100 miles a month on my shoes, largely on wooded trails, I don’t mind paying for a good pair. What is your schedule like?
