Good public transportation - I am a big walker on trips, but sometimes you can't walk to wherever you're going. When you don't have a rental car a great transportation system is important. I enjoy the Metro, RER, the Underground, the Las Vegas Monorail, and Baltimore's light rail.

The first problem with some cheap items is that they can be of lower quality. I won’t have to drive so much; maybe I won’t even have to get a rental car. No matter how cheap it is, if it isn’t a planned purchase, you are still spending money — not saving it. Sure thing! Go Frugal Money Tips'
