We kicked off our Kentucky Bourbon Trail trip with the Bardstown Bourbon Company Distillery Tour. It included both Kentucky classics and everything we ate was delicious. It was a Modern Kentucky Experience. I had the bourbon braised short rib and chocolate pots de creme which were both gluten free and absolutely delicious.

Not only did we get the opportunity to enjoy a bourbon thieved straight from the barrel in the rick house we also got to enjoy a nice samples paired with chocolate which is a huge win/win for me! We really enjoyed it! Guests of all ages are welcome on the standard Production Tours. Minors aged 3 to 20 are $10 per ticket.
