Pay attention to expiration dates by organizing your pantry and freezer so that the oldest food is in front.

I set up a schedule to only check social media when I first wake up in the morning (while my husband is feeding the kids breakfast), in the afternoon when the kids are watching their favorite television show and aren’t wanting to interact with me anyway, and at night after the kids are in bed.
