The same goes for things like clothes. If they‘d still fit, I’d be content to continue to wear my clothes from the early 2000s. I have given up on second hand kids’ clothing. When we lived in a bigger city, we had great resale stores for used clothing and toys. It’s probably a good thing they don’t!

They provided Christmas and birthday toys and on occasion provided direct financial aid. They also took the kids (one at a time) each year and entertained them by going to tourist attractions in their area. They drove the 200 mile trip on holidays and birthdays to celebrate with us. Why are we boomers more involved?
