In an effort to alleviate the morning rush, I make a big pan of these breakfast burritos for our freezer. From the freezer to the plate, these burritos take a minute or two to warm in the microwave and that’s it for breakfast prep on school mornings or work mornings, or any morning when you don’t have a lot of time.

I make a batch and then store them in a freezer bag. In the morning, I wrap the muffins in a cloth napkin (or paper towel) and microwave for 15-25 seconds or until the are warmed all the way through. You can serve warm right out of the oven or allow muffins to cool and store in the freezer in freezer bags.

Try replacing some paper products on your list with cloth and re-usable products that you probably have around the house and you will not only reduce your grocery spending, but you will also reduce your waste. Switch from paper tissues to flannel cloth hankies - Flannel is so much softer on my kids' little noses.

They work really well in cold water and get your clothes just as clean. Switch to washing your clothes in cold water. Hang your clothes to dry. Instead of drying, hang clothes on hangers and let them dry naturally. We hang all of our clothes to dry and it never takes more than one night for the clothes to fully dry out.
