Occasionally, hubby and I have discussed digging a well, building an outhouse and putting in another wood stove and I have on rare occasion considered buying a generator. Dollar cost average that saved up cash into emerging companies that I think will flourish in the next fifty years. Most likely that is as far as I will go.

I know that you have written on several occasions about what cell phone service you use but I have searched and searched and cannot find any of your posts about it. Could you please tell me again what company you use. In families with just a few cousins/grandchildren, I can see it working out, but not with 17 cousins/grandchildren.
