Tip # 1 – Be a curmudgeon and just don’t celebrate the night. We do put up decorations (ones I buy at garage sales or thrift stores and reuse each year). Tip # 2 Recycle/reuse costumes. Tip # 3 Use up your pumpkins. Compost it by cutting it up and putting it on the pile.
