It's a great way to get breakfast and lunch all in one, but without spending the money of both. I always come away with some delicious snack and having had a great conversation with at least one vendor. It's conversations like that that make me feel closer to a destination and help me understand the people who live there better.

Conferences can be great places to improve your career, as well as grow as a person. Some of the most valuable learning takes place during those impromptu conversations in the hallways. I attend two or three conferences each year (FinCon is my favorite) because I find these events valuable. Networking.

Most of the conversations we had with each other over the three months was what trades to make and who was an early pick up. We also grow our own herbs just like the suggest. Currently we have basil, cilantro, rosemary, thyme, chives, and parsley growing at our place. I agree; phantom power is one we all seem to neglect.

Conversely, during the summer, close those curtains up during the day to block the sun from warming your house too much.
