There were plenty of options for table clothes, chocolate and candies. Of course, I had to check out for the obligatory Easter peeps.

My own personal rule of thumb when I cook is that the dish needs to be easy to prepare, inexpensive to make, and taste delicious. There is a reason that Jello salad is a staple at picnics… they are very inexpensive to make. Buy generic forms of these ingredients and you can have a tasty dessert for pennies per serving!
