I’ve been an architect, day-care teacher to toddlers, and library clerk, but am currently a SAHM to a 14yo son and 9yo daughter. Another big win would be taking advantage of our great public library system. This doesn’t include the many free in-library activities we’ve enjoyed over the years. Enjoying some outdoor time.

Family Balance Sheet

It was awesome and we plan to take our kids this summer now that our youngest daughter is riding a bike. Local towns, libraries, malls and fire halls also host carnivals and festivals as fundraisers. My daughters have a lemonade stand every summer during our neighborhood’s yard sale. Visit a local museum.

My hobbies include hiking/walking/running outside, reading, museums, and listening to music. In my area, the amount of free beautiful parks, nature centers, museums, national monuments, free concerts, kid programs at the library, things to rent at the library (books, ebooks, Kanopy, tools, toys, board games) is so wonderful!
