Garage sales – I found a guitar for $5.00 once at a garage sale and bought it for my grandson. Relatives – Great Uncle Joe may still have that trumpet he used to play and might like to donate it to a future generation! We rented our son’s alto saxophone while he took lessons in high school.

We rent a shelter (usually), and it is bare! Some get stuff from stores, the less financially favored head for thrift stores, garage sales, Mom’s house or the trash pickup routes. You donate to suitable charities. We leave the nest – move out of Mom and Dad’s well stocked home.
