Chances are you’ve got a few pieces tucked away at the back of your closet that could use a little rediscovering. If you have an uneasiness when it comes to “used” clothing, know that there are many different tiers of second hand stores. If the stigma of thrifting gets to you, remember, it’s not “used”, it’s “vintage”.

So how about we just talk about the Swap instead? Because we were in hotel space, we had a limited amount of time, so we had to change our plans regarding tickets and taking turns and instead we used an honor system for how many items you brought in vs how many you took. Tags: Dallas Swap.

Anything you now longer want that is still wearable and in reasonable condition can be donated to thrift stores. Garments that are in good condition, especially well-known or high-end labels, could be donated or sold to secondhand clothing stores or through eBay or other online sites. Go Frugal Go Green'

Buy one then sell, donate or exchange it. If your child (or you) just has to have that store bought costume with all the non-biodegradable materials (you know, that one that costs you at least $20), then after its typical one time use, just donate to your local charity or sell it at your next garage sale or online.
