Run the coconut meat through the small shredder of my food processor. become a fan and 'like' FBS on Facebook. Once you see cracks, it isn't long before the whole thing splits apart. Pull apart the hard shell from the meat. Use a vegetable peeler to remove the soft brown layer. It is now ready for use. Let us know in the comments.
