I’m always looking for ways to save my family money to not only help us get through current higher food and gas prices but also to help us achieve our big financial goals. As you can see from a recent night, we had PLENTY of food for dinner. This yielded 4 2-cup freezer containers, which is not a lot.

I’m always looking for ways to save my family money to help us get through current higher food and gas prices and achieve our big financial goals. I had enough tomatoes to make a batch of my Roasted Red Plum Tomato Sauce for the freezer. I roasted them and put them in the freezer for future use.
