I bought a store-made take & bake pizza for $5 and it was enough pizza for us each to have 2 slices. I cut them both up and served as a side for 3 nights of dinners and 3 school lunches for each daughter. Smashed Skillet Potatoes – my favorite way to cook potatoes and it uses my cast iron skillet ! summer corn.
